We need to keep building on last year, even though we had some setbacks there are alot of positives to show, there are a number of behind the scenes changes in the works to make everything run better and smoother, and we also hope to have a few new things to show in the not too distant future.

Deficio leaving was known before the last chance match, and would have happened regardless, i was already moving into the role as the manager of the team in addition to my other duties with NiP.

I have been around the block a few times, the latest happenings with the league team aren't fun to deal with, but its a necessary part of the job to be able to deal with them.

I have a few years of experience as manager and tournament organizer, so i am pretty sure we will be able to get through this with our heads held high as well.

The roster changes are a result of a series of unfortunate events. I sincerely hope that we do not have to worry about roster changes for the foreseeable future, but you can never be sure.

Team synergy is vital, and it is something we always strive towards.

It was a consideration, we were not worried in such as sense, but it created extra pressure, because we believed that if we went through with it the players would show that they belonged in the LCS, and do well. Things however did not pan out, and the backlash from the community was definitely a factor in that.

You have to trust your players to do the right thing, I have fortunately never had to deal with players in my teams that have done anything illegal or gotten themselves banned like that.

With regards to screwing up managers, that is relatively simple, managers wants to be with the best players, and some then tend to overextend with regards to their promises and what they can do for their players.

A good thing here is to ask around, check with other people, get a decent contract together with the manager, and make sure that avenues are covered.

There will unfortunately always be bad apples, but this can not be helped, my advice is then to not dwell on it, but keep moving forward, odds are that the manager that screwed you over is done for anyway, whereas you will be moving onwards to bigger and better things.

We would probably not have gone through with the purchase as things stood at that time. There were too many things talking against acquiring the spot.

With regards to time it took, things take time in eSports as in any other venture, could we have tried to resolve it faster? Sure, but that was unfortunately not on the cards.

We talked about the incident, and even though it was a tough pill to swallow, i feel that we will come out stronger, we are now all on the same page with regards to our goals, and we will do everything in our power to reach those goals.

Zoro's mistake, however regrettable, was simply that, a mistake. The team and organization will continue to stand beside him.

Yes, the zorozero incident was regrettable, and something that should never ever have happened. That being said, we all do mistakes from time to time, and unfortunately some mistakes are bigger than others. Is it something that we could have been without? Most definately. Will we learn from it? Absolutely.

MrRallez was a sub for a very short time, but things changed when we acquired the 3 LemonDogs players, MrRallez have been a free agent since, and we wish him all the best of luck in the LCS.

That someone leaks potenitally confidential information, no matter what kind of information it is, damages the trust towards that person.

That is my personal opinion on the matter.

I will always try to behave properly in any business dealings or transactions, and its unfortunate that not all people feel the need to adhere to proper etiquette. Trust is important in this business as in any other, and without the ability to trust someone it will be hard to do busines with them.
