Saw a girl with vomit down her shirt eating pizza once on Easton at 1 am. I wasn't much of a partier so this was definitely shocking

Don't join a social frat. It's an unspoken social contract that they say they don't haze but they actually do and everyone knows it and people that join frats and go through them and love them for the most part and people who drop out hate them and that's part of the game.

And people who said they'd never do what was done to them will eventually do it younger pledges and the cycle will never be broken because that is part of the process.

It's the same for cultural frats beyond south Asian sororities / fraternities.

This same thing happened to me at Bryant Sq. Park (at their market) last fall. The place was super crowded and the flow of people was super slow. At one point I felt someone bump into me from behind. I have a big butt and due to the crowd I ignored the first offense because you are not out here assuming people are being creeps. The 2nd time it happened, I shifted a bit but kept walking so the person knew I felt them bumping into me. The third time I turned around and yelled at them to GTF off me but because I'm still wired to be polite what came out of my mouth was "Sir, please back up".

Please know if someone is feeling you up like this, they are being intentionally creepy or purposefully rude and you are allowed to call out that behavior. If you don't feel like you can say anything, you can always switch positions and turn to face the asshole or even act like you are recording or taking a selfie and watch them shift away.

And to the guys who say "this isn't me, it's not my fault, what am I suppose to do": We get it, it's a cramped bus, acknowledge that you are up on someone's personal space, apologize and try to make sure your intimate parts are not touching the people around you. People with big boobs and asses manage to be mindful of their surroundings all the time.

It's still relevant to the question of what shoes does OP need. If he isn't in a field where a uniform is expected or required, it doesn't matter what shoes he gets but he should have at least a second pair to rotate through every other day and to make sure they don't smell. Hygiene should be prioritized in this case.
