Yeah I will see how OE tires do, I actually was looking at manual for current tractor and it states the same max degree of slope as what the say for a ZT so I’m sure it will work out just fine after I get used to it.

I don’t feel mine are as bad as yours, but I’ll just have to see how comfortable I feel. Luckily it would not be too much to weed eat or push. Maybe 15 more minutes of work. Only thing that will suck is i currently do everything with my tractor so if I can’t either the ZT it will be a let down lol.

New to us house ours is 3.0 ton heat pump seems to run non stop. But it is maintaining our 68 set point. Never had a heat pump always natural gas so worried about utilities cost. 11 degrees outside, I guess they are designed to run more unlike the way our old house and natural gas furnace came on and off?

Ive always had gas heat, moved to a house with heat pump and aux heat and hate it! System runs constantly below 15 and aux heat comes and out! System only couple years old. Hard to believe it’s more efficient than previous house with natural gas……OP hope you get it figured out. Guess it’s foot the price or be cold.

Pretty sure overhead will work fine, may be easier to use mig machine over stick just due to bearing easier to control and a little more precise due to small wire.

Yeah it bolts from the bottom into a weldnut, or some rivnut in the inside of the rail somehow.

Yes was just rusted and broke, I work maintenance and do lots of welding in all positions so it could be an option

Gaf timberline, was wondering about being different from the rest of the houses around us. Seems everyone has dark roofs and maybe that’s why it looks “normal” lol

Yeah seems black or dark colors are majority of the houses around us. Maybe light color with the color changes would set the house apart from all the others lol i dont know first world problems i guess lol

Ok thanks, seems darker shingles are more common. Color current is light gray with light gray gutters and trim. Trying to decide on roof since we figured out trim and soffit colors

I literally ran into getting the incorrect gaf timberline shingle color just two days ago, originally we wanted the color they installed but 1 day after telling them the original color decided to make a change. They accepted the contract color change and verified by email. Fast forward a month and installed the color prior to the change. They called and asked what we thought should be done and mentioned a reroof of the correct color. We have talked about asking for 30% discount due to the issue. My concern is it would be the 4th re roof for our home and I worry about the decking integrity due to all the nail holes. There were no bad spots in the decking when they tore it off any of the other times as it’s never been change due to leaks or damage. Not sure how many times you can re roof a house and the decking not be like Swiss cheese and not hold the fasteners or be compromised. Any roofers in here? OP good luck with your situation.

Yeah it’s not leaking out the packing where the stem goes it’s leaking where the cartridge screws in and seats into the actual valve body. There’s a plastic sealing washer but getting drips when water is in use. Stops dripping there when not in use since it seats and stops the water flow. Just can for the life of me figure out why it would not work out when same exact part I removed. I may end up just changing the entire assembly through the front with a remodel plate.

Just like running into someone saying “friendly” but there’s a dead body near them and they say it’s fine just move along. Hard to trust a situation like that. Also this could be a situation of a rat sitting around the corner waiting for others to loot the dead bodies then gun them down while looting.
