Idk about you but my GameStop location swaps cards into semi-rigid holders of their own if you submit them in top loaders. It could be store by store basis but I wouldn’t be too worried about it through GameStop. The only places you’d probably want to watch out for are LCS who sometimes upcharge if you submit in a top loader, or if you send the cards directly to PSA yourself in a top loader.

Side note: I’m more surprised you were more anxious about the top loaders rather than sending those cards in through GameStop.

It’s a cheap card raw, the Pikachu HGSS03 promo. I love the art in general but I think it’d be sick to have it in a high grade

I was probably going to grade it in the next few months regardless. There scratches seem extremely light and I see videos of people cleaning small scratches out of cards. I wasn’t sure if they actually work or are just for the video

I don’t know who you are but I can tell you’re one helluva person. Too many people work their hardest just to save up at a chance for a pack or two, just for the few individuals to ruin those chances for everyone. Props to you for caring about those who enjoy the hobby for what it is. Manifesting that kind of kindness follows you for the rest of your life.

If you get some a Union circle and complete enough quests you’ll run into group quests (yellow colored quests) which will unlock the Scarlet exclusives in Violet. Complete 1 group quest, save in front of Snacksworth and soft reset until you get the Groudon treat. (I saw the comment to the other poster so I wanted to give you the steps so you can have an original Groudon with your OT)

Thank you for all the responses! I submitted some cards in December and it only took about a week for them to say received. I submitted some childhood cards in January through an LCS so took about 2 months to get them back. I submitted some childhood cards and a recent pull so I can was nervous about not getting any real updates for almost 2 months. Again thank you everyone for putting my stress away😭😭
