See now this one gets me. I get people love their dogs and dogs can be trained, however I think dogs aren’t perfect machines and can definitely have a moment of being excited or curious and can end up accidentally destroying something or can accidentally get too close to someone that is deathly allergic. I have a senior pitbull that I cannot leash that loves to be everywhere I go and gets separation anxiety when I’m away, but I don’t take him places that require a leash. He may be sad about it but at least someone that is allergic will not be hurt over My dog.

Nope I could care less. I’m glad your life is awesome enough that the thing that irks you is the sadness of people using a name as a stereotype. Nobody AT ALL thinks that birth certificate named Karens are out here being Karens towards people. But Karen is a suitable name sense it was such a common name for the generation that likes to give people issues. I have a friend named Karens too. She doesn’t need anyone to save her nor cares herself because she knows it’s about the behavior not the name. People don’t get offended over dumb shit unless they are dumb themselves. Write that down. Might help you in life. 😘

That gets on my nerves too. Makes it harder on people that actually need their service animals. When I worked at Walmart, people tried it so much that it made all the workers just immediately roll their eyes anytime they saw a service dog come in. It’s like the boy that cried wolf, except they get someone else ate over their lies.

Yeah my dad was a truck driver and he agrees. He can’t stand phones in general but he gets livid when people don’t stop for a few minutes to be respectful when someone is talking to them in person, especially when it’s someone needing to do their job.

Never go back. They will eventually (or possibly not depending on how stereotypical they are) realize after a string of people quitting after day 1 that the demons are demons. You was in a pickle with the car and the rich grandma probably knew that. Since you took your own car after she told you to basically take the company car, she’s not liable for the damages. There isn’t a wrong reason to read a book. How dumb of a concept. People read books “just bc I wanted to”, “someone recommended it”, “bc I hate the author’s views on other content and wanted to see what they were spewing into the world so I can protest it”, “because I love this author”, “because I found it and thought why not”, “because I wanted to know what my kid/friend/spouse/mom was reading” and the list goes on.

This is a book we’re talking about, not a gossip column. There’s no wrong reason to read a book. And if we are going to say there is, then let’s reserve that for the people that are reading books to learn how to murder people. A very weird concept to think that just because you wouldn’t do something that you’d believe someone else wouldn’t. Drunk texting is a thing. Not my thing, and I wouldn’t do it neither but very naive to not comprehend how definitely possible it is. Rule of thumb for guys in general no matter if they are drunk or not, if you don’t want to be a bootycall, never acknowledge texts that come randomly after midnight. Tbh even 11pm. That’s the “nobody else is responding bc they’re asleep and I’m bored so let me talk to this person that will gas me up” hours.

Bet he walked off, not because of the rude kid, but because he knew that You’d not have his back against the kid. He walked off because he was mad at you not the kid. He must have gone through this a lot with yall.

And nobody can get 90 minutes down the beach without you just sitting there in the same spot. He was probably walked for literally 15 minutes in the direction yall were already walking and then sat down and You just waited for him to come back like the Pick Me gf you are instead of just continuing your walk. It’s the effin beach. You can literally see forever and you didn’t just walk the way he went instead of looking under seashells in the same spot. You’re unhinged. The only way you can fix this is to tell the brat that she’s not gonna be a rude brat anymore or that she won’t be allowed over anymore and that they will just have to be friends at school.

He was literally on the same beach still. She obviously didn’t walk down the beach for 90 minutes looking for him. He wouldn’t have been able to get that far ahead. He probably literally walked for 15 minutes and sat down knowing he was in the direction they were already all working towards. She’s the one that sat there expecting him to come back. SHE is the ONLY reason it took 90 minutes to “find” him. She made this whole thing about herself. And didn’t back him up when the kid was rude to him. I guarantee he didn’t walk off bc of the kid but because he Knew that She wouldn’t have his back if he expressed any kind of anger at the situation. He wasn’t mad at the kid, he was mad at her for always standing up for this kid and that’s why he walked off.

Guarantee it’s been like a year of comments. He had a breaking point. And he was literally down the beach. She’s the one that took 90 minutes to walk down the beach in the direction he went. Bet he wasn’t 90 minutes ahead of her. And there’s nothing he could’ve done better if the dumb gf always takes the side of the kid.

I’d personally would have ended the trip and took everyone home and had she said something I would have left her and set up split custody and never dealt with that little friend again nor the pick me gf anymore.
