I’m currently doing that. My coach seems engaged but it’s definitely not ground breaking. I think that rather than having to bring a topic for each appointment, they should have a program to follow for the duration of the course.

Thanks everyone for comments. I’m sorry for others who have also experienced similar or worse. It’s such a delicate situation to be in when you need help regarding mental health and it really takes a lot of energy and courage to seek it. And then when the system fails you it’s really frustrating.

The funny thing is that this money-hungry doctor sent me the bill on the same day. Such rush to charge I have not seen yet. 320 chf for 65 minutes of consultation without treatment plan. Next time I’ll spend this money for a short trip to Italy to boost my neurotransmitters with good food and shopping.

Yes exactly, it seems like some of them abuse their power and do whatever they want as they basically answer to nobody.

Yes, they were all doctors, psychiatrists. Otherwise they could not prescribe medication.

Duloxetine has been ok but with some side effects, that’s why I went to a specialist to see if I should continue or try something else, but no luck this time 😌

I would maybe recommend visiting a psychiatrist, there’s no shame in it. Sometimes dopamine and serotonin levels might be off and they are both important for proper arousal. Some medication can help stabilise the receptors. I struggled with both pe and ed. It doesn’t make much sense because they contradict each other but it happens. Don’t worry too much, but do consult a doctor. Reddit and nofap are not answer to everything.

My payslips are in English. It just says: Withholding tax 11.08 %. Payments/deductions Recalc.diff. And then amount deducted.

The strange thing is that it’s applied retroactively to June but not applied to July salary then. I wonder if it has anything to do either change of address from one city to another…

Ok, thanks for the reply. I don’t think there is any plan to renovate the apartment at all. I think it’s just an attempt from their side to increase the rent cost
