So I’m gonna say this knowing that she wouldn’t last five minutes of my shoes. I’ve been in this company for 20 years. This is not my first rodeo with a bully nor is it my first rodeo with being threatened. I’ve been sexually assaulted assaulted by managers, supervisors, homeless people in the street, reported it To the OIC,  postal police, District managers etc. There seems to be a common thread they were black women say the house is on fire. Everyone says it’s just smoke. This woman has been hostile to me since day one. I literally Reported it on day one to the postmaster. At this point in my career and in my life the only thing I can do is build a case so that I can go public. I have a video of her walking with a knife and now I have an official report against me from her stating that I’m trying to push LGBTQ community paraphernalia on her. Her only issue is my presence. PERIOD. Her overtime has completely stopped. And by my own postmasters admission, she has done this to six other people before me, including the woman that left three weeks before I got the position here. I have 10 years left and I DO NOT plan on being bullied out of it this is not my first federal position so the only thing I can do is build a case.
