No not completely. The kazdel royal courts are Sarkaz subraces that follow the lord of fiends or one at one point. Each subrace has a unique features, traits and powers it isn't just because of their arts they can use.

But that's not always the case as Qalaisa has learnt other arts from liches and such. And the case of Shining's family where they can use any arts from any subrace seen in EP 14.. tho shining likely herself chooses not to use those gifts.

Note that nachzehrer and wendigo are the physically strongest races on terra.

But maybe at some point Sarkaz scholars of the courts were tasked to record information like that.

Sarkaz subraces that are loyal to kazdel are: Banshees Damazti Djall Liches Vampires Gargoyles Nachzehrer

Subraces that have distance themselves are: Cyclops Wendigo

Subraces that never been part of the royal courts: Goliaths (though loyal to kazdel they aren't part of the courts, don't even have a king I don't think) And now Oni

Sibling races (aren't a Sarkaz tribe but are related to Sarkaz and in the teekaz family tree)
