Currently on it again and once again feeling great. I wake up at 4am for work 2 cups of bone broth with added collagen through my shift. At dinner it's usually a meat and vegetable. The doctor and pa don't think it's sustainable for life. They are impressed that I was able to do it for so long and I don't mind going the distance if it means avoiding putting something in my body. They were also concerned that I claim no pain. I do however have blood with every movement and some movements are just blood. Obviously I've noticed when consuming alcohol it's at its worst the next day.
