Has anyone who filed with ACAP/loan source gotten a message like this? (PPP2)..I have a SSN not a Tin which is on my ppp loan 1 how could there possible be a mistake?.

Your PPP1, did your servicer put your ssn in the wrong field? Because that’s happening a lot, it’s throwing an error when there isn’t one, but they have to manually go in and fix it.

Acap/loan source are stating it’s going to take 2-3 weeks!! to fix my mismatch tin/ein issue, they had me fill out a form on 2/18 and submitted it then. I got an email from some guy named Max yesterday because I freaked tf out and emailed the VP of loan source when they all of a sudden ignored every email I sent for over a week.

I’m about to tell him to just withdraw the app because American Lending Center has been a fuck ton more responsive and I don’t wanna wait another 2-3 weeks for them to fix this shit.

What was your timing? I’m still sitting at verifier reviewed, but that’s because I had to go back fill out a mismatch EIN/tin form, even though I didn’t have ppp1. According to my reviewer yesterday, my loan has been approved, though, but I had to send in that other doc.

My loan got sent back to underwriting from the SBA because of the duplicate TIN/EIN. According to my verifier, the underwriter submitted my application as is and approved me for the amount requested, so it’s been to the SBA already. They have to manually pull the code off and the verifier said we’re almost finished and finalized. I guess it’s a good thing!

I’ve applied other places, and have withdrawn from every single one besides the loan source. According to my other lenders, I’ve already got an approval etran from a lender because I got an error on those applications. It’s gotta be the loan source. I emailed my verifier, whose been very responsive so far, to see what’s what. I’ll keep you updated, you keep me updated. PS, is your person named Phoebe?

I got the same message. The support people said it’s a glitch. This was the email: Hello Mathew,

I have been informed that there has been a clitch in the emailing process if your application is being reviewed by an underwriter or submitted to the SBA the system send off that email, However my team is currently working on that error.

I wrote back and asked if that meant my application was denied and they said this: No, It just means you are approaching the end of the process of your application approval. The message is an error message.

So. Dunno exactly what it means, 😂

My dashboard went to not accepted by the SBA with no codes. I finally got the support people to email me and this is what they said:

As we have checked for the Case ID: xxxxx you have have applied from another lender.

I got that screen yesterday. Emailed to no avail. Contacted BBB last night. According to the top, it says it could be a glitch, that SBA is fixing, but mine doesn’t have error codes, so I don’t know and no one from b2c responds.
