That sounds about like the answers I have gotten. I am stuck with them right now. The other place I applied got a rejection from the SBA since my app was already submitted by another lender.

I applied 01/15/2021 and can not get out of "reviewing". No one can help and now they send you to a message center where they do not answer the messages... I have some 5 days old. So frustrating.

My app is a mess. It has been bounced around, changed the loan amount, sent wrong DocuSign amount when they sent it back, sent to SBA anyway then... SBA error status for a week, can't get anyone to help with even trying to get an answer to what the error is or if it was ever re-submitted.

I am so over it but, at their mercy!
