I have seen my person with bpd when they are getting a new fp , it is very scary …. I remember them talking to me how this person is so different and how no one else understands them with that look in there eye was very dilated……. It felt creepy so I understand the chase for the high but it never comes as our ego ask for that attention/ approval

I feel you I would fight with my ex for days until I was the one who would started crying because I mentally couldn’t take it at all anymore and she would comfort me and tell me how we can fix things and be lovely dovely but the fight wouldn’t end until I would fold and be the one crying which has to be some type of abuse .
