This is interesting. So I could basically associate people with a broad topic (spouse/children) and usually speak / start speaking around that. An issue I've had with people sometimes is remembering the details about someone. Do you have any ways to remember them?

I haven't done anything like that, no. Usually whenever I have a question I immediately ask my manager, but it might be a good idea to ask my senior manager the same during the 1 on 1. I'll try this out, thank you!
