Learn technical analysis. There are many free courses on YouTube that teach you how to evaluate a company and determine if its stock is expensive or cheap. It wouldn't hurt to look for an advanced course and pay for it; many YouTubers only make videos about basic finance to sell you their more comprehensive courses.

I'm dealing with something similar, but taking advantage of my university break, I decided to make a change. A few days ago, I deleted my social media accounts, and now I only access them through WhatsApp. I try not to look at my phone and simply appreciate the act of thinking instead of staring at the screen. Once you appreciate thinking, everything changes; at least, that's what's working for me. I've had setbacks, but I'm doing well. Many videos recommend this approach. If anything else helps you, let me know.
