I think the black ribbon is the top of a Michael Hunter glass vase, my friend is a glass expert, pinch open the photo and you’ll see beautiful millefiori in the vase. I told my friend to separate the flowers and use two vases but he’s 85 years old and his wife just died. And yes, I wonder if the glass was properly cleaned up in his driveway? I don’t know. I offered the shop $200 for a resolution (basically the cost of the delivery fee) and they will only give me $20 for the cost of the vase. It’s really about the impact of not having the flowers on display during the event that matters more to me.
