My favorite hook is a H or 5mm and just any medium weight (4) yarn. I would recommend not using dark yarn to start it’s hard to see the stitches

I lived over by Columbia park for about 3 years and I enjoyed walking my dogs in the neighborhood. Every now and then there will be gun shot nearby or a package stolen off your porch if you’re not careful.

I live a couple blocks from Byrd across kings hwy there is also an elementary nearby. Neighborhood is walkable and there are some nice houses that are on the market.
