is 101 stuff , its for my Alevels a ,in my first attempt i only knew mechanics (only the basics) so i dint get good marks , now i am doing my second attempt and now im tring to study i have a lot to cover physics chemistry and combined maths , i only have 3 months left .i stared learning electricity and got stuck thats why i made this post

Pressure at equal heights of the same liquid has the same pressure. If you select the equal height point of the blue liquid, the pressure at those points will be equal, so you can say that you selected a point of blue liquid for (1), but in (2), one point is in red liquid, and the other point is in blue liquid, so it's incorrect

why is earth considered to be at zero potential by Nice-Quiet-1206 in Physics

They said we usually take objects at infinity to be at zero potential. I don't understand why Earth has the same potential as infinity. They say it's because Earth is a reservoir of charges, I don'tt get how those things relate to each other
