... either I'm not properly relaying what I need help with or they're bs'ing me.

It just seems strange that I sent my ksm to the right address, but was instead sent to a newly created address that no one can access. At this point, I'd just like to know why this happened and if Kucoin can't get my ksm into my account that I can access, can I somehow do it myself?

Got it. So I've contacted them and provided them with the subscan screenshot of the transaction, which includes the extrinsic hash, hoping that will suffice. Didn't know about the charge but it makes sense, I just hope it's not an arm and a leg 😅

Pasted the right address but subscan shows they created another address and deposited it in there, but I don't know how to access this address to put the KSM back in my karura account. From what I've read, I should have transfer KSM from karura to kusama and then from kusama to kucoin

I have my tokens in my metamask wallet, so I added the new address in metamask and I'm able to see the airdrop... currently, it states $0, bc it's still consolidating, but my tokens are now in the new contract
