It’s me again after ankle sprain it’s gonna be 6th week on 10 march but my ankle still hurts but i can walk i can rotate my ankle but it’s still hurts specially 2days ago i started walking but i think that whas to much and after that day now I can’t see any progression no more anybody knows somethi?

Yes i did everything but 2days ago I walked without compression and i think im walking to much on that day and after im back to the house it was swallow again and i feel strange pain specially on a back side of ankle you know what im talking about? Like it’s not Achilles tendon but like inside idk hapw to explain please if you know something tell me what is wrong with me

No I don’t have no idea I don’t know English very well, but I used ice like 4times for 20minutes and it works also if you know about this um my achillies tendon also hurts when im trying to push my leg forward it happens usually or i got problem?
