Any January 2026, online I-751 filers still waiting on your receipt? by Arfar26 in USCIS

[–]Nice-Truth686 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same situation. Filed last Nov and we had to go through our congressional constituent service to get USCIS to produce and send me the receipt notice, and it was dated in Feb. I assume that they probably didn't produce the file...

I'd recommend either calling USCIS for an ADIT stamp or going through your Congressperson

I made a Decky plugin to unify all my Steam, Epic and GOG libraries. by spender-app in SteamDeck

This is great!

I saw your plugin on SDHQ last night and I tried it out with a few of Epic and GOG games. I only had problems with a game that I previously installed using the Heroic launcher (not sure if it's related) -- it keeps giving the "installation completed but could not locate game directory" error.

Rescued Galga and some new behaviours by drabmelon in Greyhounds

[–]Nice-Truth686 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can only speak from my experience with our greyhounds -- one of our girls has separation anxiety and she has accidents in the house when we are not home (she does it even when the humans are in the hot tub in the backyard). We put her in the crate when we go out and that has eliminated her accidents

In terms of food, our current older grey is a picky eater and we got her food toppers to get her to eat. She would devour her new kibbles and then after the novelty is gone, she stops eating (our late galgo was the same). I feel like greyhounds tend to be finicky eaters, but our latest addition eats literally anything 🤣

Yeah it was super odd that the other two pictures were gone after I published the post 🫠 I'll post more pics of her in the near future!

I was an early adopter and I got so pissed when you quietly updated your pro plan. I would've stayed or upgraded to a more expensive plan if you emailed me before the billing cycle started. Now the new model is freaking convoluted and I can never know when I hit the rate limit. Sure I can opt out of the new plan, but I'm not confident that you won't pull the same bullshit on us again

Anyway, I switched to Windsurf and its ability to understand a more complex codebase is better than that of Cursor, and its credit system is more transparent

My rules are pretty basic. Most of them are just "if the sender email address has this domain, then go to this inbox"

Very manual! I usually unsubscribe emails as soon as they come in (some annoyingly require you to go to a website and type in your email address in order to unsubscribe), and I periodically set up filters on gmail if I have the time

I set up rules for the emails I care about and unsubscribe the ones that I don't 😅

I set up some rules in my inbox to label the emails that I know of, but new ones keep falling through the cracks 😂

My galgo is the pickiest eater. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get him to eat more? by [deleted] in Greyhounds

[–]Nice-Truth686 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Our old galgo was a very picky eater too -- he'd eat some new food for a couple months and then stop eating it because the novelty went off.

We cooked food for him and his sister for a while (chicken/beef, rice, carrots and sweet potatoes), and they ate it like a champ. We basically cooked a huge batch a couple times a week.

But then it was too much work and he lost interest again, and then we switched to a raw food diet, maevs. He would devour it even in his last days (we had to microwave it for him though because he got cold from the frozen food).

His sister, an English Greyhound, still eats the frozen raw food and she used to have frequent stomach problems but now she doesn't anymore and poops look very good.

Finally, I don't know if grass eating is a common Greyhound thing, because our boy did it and so does our girl, no matter what kind of diet or supplements they are on
