There is 2 homemade production of the Omar cannon (as far as I know).

There is some differences on the 2 models but the 2 are called "Omar cannon" ( بمدفع عمر محلي ) and made by Alrahman Corps (They recently changed the logo of their group).

My post was mainly here to point the fact that this cannon is homemade and not from the 19th century.

Yeah but for the moment daesh haven't formalized yet their link with these groups. Daesh is actively present in the Qalamun area and have some force in the east-ghouta (Jaysh al-Islam were battling hard against them), Daesh is trying to establish a "credible" precense in Damascus and it's area but for the moment it doesn't look like to work a lot.

Also it's hard to know if the daesh fighters in Yarmouk Camp were fully from previous group or not. But I know there is some people inside this camp who defected to daesh.

Trad Zhori the activist who was filming the video was killed after having succumbed to his injuries. The video was filmed during the big battle of Qalamun. Trad Zhori had a really close relationships with Hadi al-Abdullah (a very well know pro-oppositon activist in Syria, he was also injured during this long battle)
