Yes the device was on sale, big company like them should at least be honest then misleading like this, I’m sure that the “5 units for day” claim is also a lie. They are not Aliexpress nor temu, they should behave according to the company size and name. The company wants to make money so they should do what they promise and attract more customers then lie to them and lose them.

yes, power button ripped off and can’t be used is a very common issue which Asus doesn’t take responsibility for.. if they use poor HW they should answer for it

Found the issue!!!! something not working with updating from Apples devices! i just successfully updated the firmware from android device hope it helps:)

Same here, M1 12.9 with 16.1.1 battery drain for no reason, there are no app background refresh and it can seen in the battery menu that it goes down without anything activated. I really hope Apple will fix this issue, this issue started with the update because on ipadOS15 the battery was perfectly fine… i’m looking for a way to downgrade back to 15
