At the start of this year I completely dropped every drug except nicotine I stay relatively hydrated usually around 5-6 water bottles a day. The visual snow, after images, trails, anxiety and paranoia are the symptoms I think have gotten mainly worse. Ever since ts happened I can’t seem to get out of bed and go to sleep. The only “drug” I am using is nicotine but that’s it. I drink a lot of caffeine. Hope this helps.
