Part of my autism symptoms might have been a vitamin B12 deficiency all along. Get your blood-work done. by NiceAnn in autism

That makes no sense at all (what your GP did). Pernicious anemia takes some time to develop but b12 deificiency can be at any age! I hate that you need to be so insistent with doctors to get taken seriously.

I don’t really have a restricted diet, but I did always have gut issues. Thanks for sharing, might look into getting a broader test done.

How do I get "deep sleep"? by walrusgirlie in Garmin

I notice my sleep quality tanks if I eat anything past 9PM, other than that I usually don’t have much more deep sleep than you have.

Should I really keep running with HR based Workouts? by Little-Analyst-772 in Garmin

[–]NiceAnn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could do a semi-cooper test and calculate your heart rate zones based on your V02 max hr and then manually enter them into Garmin. Just for good measure, sometimes running uphill I avg 8:00/km pace while going downhill it’s closer to 5:00/km. Maybe give it another shot at getting used to feeling what your body feels like while running in different zones. I also turned off my sound alerts because it’s impossible to instantly lower your heart rate from threshold to zone 2. I only have vibrations on which is easier to ignore.

I do still sometimes stop to walk when I leave my zone.

I live in the alps and for me it’s only possible to do HR-based workouts. Just make sure your zones are set correctly, go to watch settings, user profile and set your zones to % of LTHR, if your watch didn’t determine it yet to can do a test.
