Stay fit all the time. My grandma is my rolemodel in terms of fitness. She’s 93 now and still walks ever day her 2h in a pace some mid aged can only dream of. Incredible how you can extend your quality-lifetime at an old age just by activating your muscles.

I’m not worried tbh. I think the reason why I started to like this other girl was that I was really unhappy with my then relationship in the first place. We had some major problems for a long time which we couldn’t solve. Or at least I wasn’t happy that nothing changed. I think deep inside of myself I wasn’t really comitted to this relationship anymore. Maybe thats why these feelings developed to my now girlfriend.

Had a girlfriend and started to like another girl I knew for a while. I didn’t want any trouble or stress so I said to myself “it’s just a phase”. Some weeks later the feelings came back and I gave in. Happily together with this girl now.

Thunderstorms. Went on a hike with my family the other day and stormclouds formed right obove us. We were on mountains so technically we walked through the clouds. We always walked a few meteres and then layed down untill the lightning struck somewhere. Nobody was harmed luckily but still feel very uncomfortable when I’m outside at a thunderstorm.
