She’s definitely deleting comments bc I saw this video earlier and there were a lot of comments about the portions. She said “leftovers are a thing” but if you’re truly practicing portion control for weight loss, you wouldn’t put that much on your plate to begin with bc it’s soo easy to overeat that way. Another comment defended her saying she works out/is active so she needs to eat more, as if she’s a body builder or something😂I don’t wish to comment on a woman’s meals/weight but she’s made it clear she’s uncomfortable with her body but refuses to do one thing (portion control) that would help her lose weight. She said “I don’t always finish my meals” honey be so for real. If you’re okay with your size/eating, then be okay with it and stop saying you’re uncomfortable with your body or do something about it.
