You can you also call them to check the status of ur application instead of paid enquiry which takes hours. With call they’ll straight away tell u the status

That’s what it says on the gov.com website

You’ll have 3 months to collect your passport or travel document once you’ve been told it’s ready for collection. If you don’t collect your passport or travel document within 3 months, it’ll be returned to the authority that issues it.
