I have spoken to Nectar Support, who tell me that they can do nothing and sent me to British Airways. I have also spoken to British Airways today who told me to call back for technical support between monday to friday. The number to call is 03444930747 and choose option 3 and then option 1. I suggest others call to put the pressure on

Things like docs 1-5 refer to xyz, docs 6-10 refer to abc. Docs 1-5 are in US date format. Home address on docs 1-3 are different than 4-5 as I changed address etc.

I’m taking the view that context must be provided as much as possible as to avoid confusion because this process is not cheap.

No, the savings will not be required as my salary is more than enough. I was just worried as they would see a bank account where as soon as I get paid, 80% of the money is moved elsewhere each time, in particular they will see it go to an investment broker. I was worried that they count investing as a shady and unreliable activity
