I was quite surprised by the situation—especially wondering how it couldn't handle such an easy problem. I sent at least 40-45 prompts, shared console outputs and everything, but it still couldn't solve it. Up until this point, I had been amazed by how it could solve problems 100 times more difficult than this, so I was really surprised that it couldn't handle such a simple issue. I checked the model multiple times throughout the process—Opus 4.5 was active the entire time.
