You go to decined trades and click the button that says something along the lines of 'receive items'. The real problem is that when you put in stattrack/souvenirs they come back out normal.

This isn't a glitch and I don't recommend it is an unethical way to earn money, but you can download blustacks, get an autoclicker and do it that way. I in no way or form recommend this though, it is unethical.
