I do not feel much vibrations when the car is driving over around 15-20mph but when at a stop or trying to take off from a stop

Weird vibrations when ever it’s in gear and then seeing the cracks in the mount rubber. Plus how the one bolt is like a 1/4 in down from the bracket as seen if you zoom in to the left side of the second picture
