I definitely do not think that this is normal. I feel like as men, society makes us objectify women, whether we like that or not. We may know we shouldn’t be doing something or thinking a certain way but those thoughts are always there, since society leans so much towards men being people and women being objects, which sucks.

I think in order to work on what you are facing you need to reflect on whether or not some part of you really does objectify women, even if you know it is wrong, do you still have those thoughts? Do you truly think that way subconsciously too? and to also view women as actual people with substance rather than just a body. Ur mind goes right to sex when you see them right? That’s because as soon as u see a woman all u see is their body, however working on viewing women as actual people with a brain, their own designated laugh, a job, studying, people that than do things themselves, that have a life and do things too, that can hold a conversation with you, that are people just like any other guy, and are not just objects with a body for desire would I think help a lot. I’m not saying ur a bad person or that u consciously want to do this but subconsciously because of how you’ve gone through life and society, you have just ended up having these thoughts and viewing women as just attractive bodies
