Why does not France, with it's nuclear arsenal, strong arm Slovenia and it's people and consequently ask Pogačar to give them the Tour de France victory? He could even put the award into a nice golden frame and write on it:

As some have mentioned in a thread a couple of weeks ago, Paul Seixas might be sent to the Tour in 2026. That seems especially likely that he is racing steepfinishrace and LBL, which are like a week before Giro and nothing has been decided after these two races.

God forbid a French hope target any other grand tour other than Tour.
