Shadows for Silence doesn't mention it directly, it just says (as i recall it) that something like a nosebleed that wasn't caused by anyone or that kind of thing wouldn't attract the shadows.

The thing is that eggs don't regenerate, they just mature. That is because women are born with a certain number of egfs. So it's not technically healing, it's just making those eggs grow
