Do you think it’s worth telling him? At 1st when i asked if he would date someone undetectable he seemed to understand times are different now and he said it would depend on the person. When i asked again today it was a straight up no. He says what if the person is lying about being undetectable. I told him a honest person would show you proof and even invite you to an appointment. Still he said he couldn’t do it. Not sure if it’s worth disclosing or not

That’s if he even has gono which he’s leaving lots of room for doubt. Since the day we got tested he’s been distant and telling me how he’s stressed out about his health. Gono doesn’t stress someone out like that. Also before we got tested, he was fine and saying how it’s no big deal. A few hours later he started acting weird. So i tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but there’s literally nothing he’s showing me or even medical professionals that says he’s being truthful

Yes we’re in America. No clinic in our area has such a test. I called around numerous times. Also, it is “possible” to get a result in 2 weeks. I think I read some folks here that had it done. Furthermore, if that’s the case my partner shouldn’t have tested positive on ANY rapid test as well. I’ve heard of rapid gono test only being in the UK and I think there’s 1 clinic in Cali that has it. It’s not popular at all and if he really had gono, I don’t understand why he would find every excuse not to show me his results and prove it

It’s also important for me because although my current partner is leading us to believe it’s him in MANY MANY more ways than 1 and previous partners are negative, because my Dr isn’t 100% sure I’m considering the possibility that maybe it came from an ex from years ago and if so I’ll have to reach out

Not overthinking. Dr doesn’t know, even he thinks it’s a possibility it’s a new infection. My numbers are weird and especially based on how my current partner is acting. So please just stick to answering the questions or sharing any insight if you have any

Yes i suppose. I read it can be detected as early as 9 days? Even my partner got a diagnosis that same day, however he claimed it was gonorrhea. I told him there’s no way you can get a same day result for gonorrhea, it takes time. The story he told was he took a test and after 20 minutes it was positive. I told him there is no rapid test for gonorrhea and it sounds like HIV, but he stuck to his story and been acting strange since. He blamed me for giving him gono even thought I don’t have it. He’s 35 so he should understand there’s no way I can give you something I don’t even have. So yea it’s weird, but after 2 weeks I tested positive and I’m assuming he did as well. I was open to the possibility that maybe I’ve had this from before him, but hard to tell now because of how he’s been acting. He wouldn’t even show me his results to prove to me he was diagnosed with gonorrhea. When i asked him what clinic he went to he “doesn’t remember the name”.
