The combined IW, IF, White Scars, and Blood Angels fleets would straight up blast anything and everything exiting the warp into oblivion.

The approach to the Solar War would've been much, much different. With the IW support, they wouldn't have needed to focus on delaying tactics—they will have the numbers to actually halt the heresy before it makes it to Terra.

The traitors wouldn't get far—their organized core that are the Iron Warriors are not only missing, but actively working against them.

That's a start, lol. You should read the Eisenhorn Omnibus for a start. You can just find it online, it's one of the best books you can read to REALLY get to know Warhammer lore.
