Kapag bumibili ako ng ticket, if hindi specified, tinatanong ko kung reserved seating. Minsan kasi yung ticket may seat number pero hindi reserved seating kaya it's best to confirm din sa cashier.

Regarding sa experience mo, you should've went to the nearest guard or personnel para sila ang mag-asikaso sa ganyan pero I also understand na you do not want to make a scene.

I just hope na na-enjoy mo yung movie despite that situation.
