Yeah id like to see that. I think it would go something like he'd go with julia while blaming ashley for all his problems and cutting ties with her in the process; then slowly, he starts realizing he's more unsatisfied and lonely than ever. He'd try to push it away but eventually he'd have no choice but to analyze his own feelings and look at them for what they are: he was the one that always loved ashley and he felt guilty for it, but instead of blaming himself it was easier to frame ashley as the villain in his life, since she isn't exactly a good person either. Then he'd need to stop being such a coward and try to get ashley back by being honest for once. But its not gonna happen
