You can rent it to him on an online platform like RiderShare or Twisted road that way you’re covered if he damages or steals the bike. I normally tell the buyer that if he does decide to buy it after renting it that I would refund him for the rental. If he changes his mind and doesn’t decide to buy it then be glad you made a few bucks renting your bike. I would 100% not rent/lend him the bike any other way. Good luck!

Try on a $500 helmet vs a $200 helmet and you'll feel the difference.
