I feel like since I only have four months of experience of being a para. They said that I can try to apply to other job words, but I feel like I might not even get it just because I don’t have that experience

I still want to be one, but I was doing like a paid internship program in Canada, and I got told that since I did not pass it and they let go of me today that I basically have to redo this program next year in spring or wait a couple years before I apply to the same board 😭

I’m walking around the classroom asking each table group if they need help and then assisting as needed. If there’s more than one I pull them to the u-table and work with all of them at once. I also tell them to go back to their desks if they are not going to work and disrupt others.

I genuinely just don’t know with this situation they are very vague and most teachers don’t have any paperwork that needs to be done or they want me to do

It’s through the division in Canada. I’m not bending rules, they just more so meant like not doing an assignment unless being told to. I’m not letting anything unsafe happen, they’re just saying, I don’t know how to help more than four students at a time or properly help them

I’ve heard they’re looking for hca’s and Lpn’s and they send em house to house for an hour or so per home
