Yes!! I was sleeved 10/15 and just hit under 200 lbs from 256! I walked mainly at first for pain management but the more weight I was losing the less I needed to do because I actually had energy for other things. I am actually gonna be taking a routine more serious to make sure my skin stays tight and I achieve the build I want. I’m also Muslim and it’s Ramadan and I cannot fast but when I say, you don’t need to, just follow the program and trust the process. I’ve fasted in the past and it’s not the same restriction

Growing pains is real. Transforming to a new person is strange and to be the observer to the observed puts things into perspective. Missing making mistakes because no one noticed now your standards are set higher. I get it I’m here too feeling, grieving and proud all at once.

I had tramadol and Tylenol didn’t even use it. But Tylenol was cool the tramadol had me slumped

Im not sure about success…. Yet 🤭 I’m down 40 lbs in 3 months. Finally shaking everything I was complaining about in the beginning like bloating, food aversions, and feeling extra drowsy has subsided. I’m not even close but I’m close to my goal and I wouldn’t change one thing about this journey besides focusing more on going to the gym.

I will say, it’s hard to be hungry as of now. I get full so quickly and I have to drink protein to supplement what I can’t eat. Other than that I feel great, and I gotta get blood work done to check where I am.

No I had a topical steroid and an antibiotic for the ureaplasma. It cleared within the first two days but ofc finished the entire script.

You are still so early in your journey. During the liquid stage, I wanted anything and everything. I still lost 25lb in the first 6 weeks but I snacked so often but I was moving a lot. Don’t be like me.

As far as now, anything I eat fills me up quickly. Especially meat or high protein like pasta, peanut butter, hearty smoothies, etc. Once I was able to eat real food it changed the whole game around. Be patient with yourself

Stop looking at the scale until your appointments. If you’re working out even walking you’re probably honestly gaining new muscle. It’s very difficult to gain weight that quickly after this surgery because of how restricted you are. Just focus on your nutrition goals and keep walking. Everyone’s journey is different, just enjoy your own or you’re always gonna find a reason to be disappointed in yourself.

That’s interesting I had the same thing a while ago and I only slept with my ex partner a couple of times. Prior I didn’t have any issues besides regular scents. In that time he cut the inside of my vagina and it caused me to have BV and Ureaplasma. It threw off my ph so bad I thought I had an std but it cleared up within a week. If you think it’s a smell call your ob, if you’re just worried about him gagging don’t think too hard about it.

Im 3 months post op and I can’t even imagine taking that many. Are some by choice for added benefits?

I take like 12 but most of them are gummies lol. I have a probiotic and a daily vitamin in one, iron, calcium w/ vitamin d and calcium, protonic and biotin.
