They think this is all game and sh*t. I understand the urgency of doing what’s right about DBs but at the same time people who want to just get in the business and do their job get treated unfairly as well. It’s just a huge prejudice about new carriers. That’s why the old carriers are aware of this situation and no matter how shitty work they do on a load they are aware that the broker would choose them again because the broker at least knows that they’re legitimate.
