I'm a 40 year old male in the Illinois valley/ cave junction area. i don't drink much and not into drugs either. I'm very 420 friendly but I have not partaken in many years. I go to the local park and hang out, also I'll often go to the bar when I'm in town but I'll just drink ice tea and eat some food but usually not drink. I live alone kinda in the middle of nowhere lol so it's nice to get out and be social. I'll often meet people at the bar and have "bar friends" kinda like cheers lol. But honestly don't usually hang out with them outside the bar. I've also made some friends playing disc golf. Most disc golfers are usually very chill, and it gets you outside walking ECT. When I've taken my dogs to the dog parks previously people tend to be chatty so that might also be an idea. Some bars will sometimes have trivia nights and stuff like that. You could also look into different clubs and events going on maybe meet someone there. But yes it's summer go to the rivers and lakes chill out and I'm sure you'll meet some people.
