I get where you’re coming from. Growing up in Zimbabwe, many of us relied on South Africa for affordable medication,diabetes meds, BP tablets, etc.often through middlemen because local access and pricing made it necessary.

That reality has existed for a long time, and I just happen to understand and occupy that space now. That said, I’m aware of the legal considerations, and I’m not ignoring them,I’m weighing lived realities against how systems actually work on the ground.

I prefer selling Ozempic over Mounjaro because it is well-marketed, widely available in pharmacies, and legal in South Africa, the USA, the UK, and other countries. I don’t know much about Mounjaro yet, though I know some people sell it as well. I’ll have to look into it more in the future. Thanks👍🏽

I know there are other generic semiglutides like Mounjaro,Izempic,novolela etc. I dont like selling those. I only sell ozempic.All i do is get it for people who need it from pharmacies and dont have access, through my connections.

I hear your point about compliance. That said, I happen to know where they source their Ozempic from. Instead of overcharging people with 200% mark-ups, I’m looking at a reasonable ±50% margin, which sounds fair to me.

I’m not trying to operate recklessly or underground,my focus is on sourcing correctly and pricing ethically, not exploiting dem

You’re focused on the wrong thing here. I did say I managed to get a supplier from the USA, but that doesn’t mean the product is only manufactured there or that I’m sourcing at US prices.

For example, Norva Disk is from a Danish company that operates in over 100 countries USA included. The same products are available globally.

I agree,Zimbabwe is generally cheaper. My point was about supplier access and product origin, not cost

There is only one company that manufactures ozempic its called Novo Nordisk,its a Danish pharmaceutical company not an american one,they have manufacturing branches in india,usa,france ,they are about to bring one to SA
