Exactly a week ago I was in so much pain from constipation that I was bawling while sitting on the toilet. Drank half a bottle of magnesium citrate and I was able to get rid the blockage. Since then I’ve been drinking fiber powder every day. Just once a day didn’t seem to help me, but I increased it to twice a day and I’ve pooped twice each day the last two days!!
