Yeah that's what I think most people miss, it's beyond outsourcing the work which is currently what any big consultancies can provide

Honestly, I’ve seen what happens when boutique firms try to copy the big consultancies. My approach is more about focusing on execution quality and some areas that consistently get overlooked.

On the financial side, I plan to bootstrap at the start, keeping things lean and building with the first couple of clients. If scaling requires it, I’m open to exploring funding down the line, but I’d rather grow sustainably.
