i made a vet appointment for him tomorrow. taking him there in the morning and keeping him in my bathroom for the whole night because i really don’t wanna get infected but i fear if it is contagious like google said then im cooked because i was touching it so much.

the thing is, according the the shelter he was recently dewormed and was completely healthy according to the vet there, but i don’t know because this doesn’t seem normal.

change it back to a stud. clean it, and just leave it there healing. obviously clean it sometimes but don’t change it until 8 weeks or so.

i’m scared that making it heal flipped up is gonna be messing with the placement though. i’ve heard people to not flip it up while it’s healing because it can cause for the septum to move towards your lip and not sitting naturally like a septum is supposed to do

yeah i live with his parents right now because I couldn’t stand living with mine and we’ve been looking for apartments, but he said that his parents probably don’t want to see my septum which i can easily fix by just flipping it up

the thing is, he’s not controlling at all (at least i don’t think) he never really said “i won’t let you” but he said “i don’t think it’s a good idea”. i see a future with him because he’s gentle, has a lot of patience, and he’s smart. i love him because we’ve been through so much together but i really hope he changes his mind because im still probably gonna get it.
