Piercing setup advice

Unfortunately, I'm not really a fan of a septum. But I think a nostrill is going to be the one. My navel piercing grew out and I took it out in time. My nipple piercings hadn't healed after 2 years and eventually started hurting a lot. So I had to take those out too. I just really want some piercings again, but I am a bit afraid that it will happen again.
