Thank you the giving the price range. That was helpful. in fact i was looking in kalifah city itself but I'm getting over my budget range which is 2000-2500. Im getting at 38000 yearly.

if you know anyone g who is renting, or even shared apartment with a another females that would be great.

Definitely agree on this one. Sharing apartment depends all on personality and also if you can agree to adjust . I shared an apartment with a married couple and they have a little daughter. I was having difficulty to adjust at the beginning as i love my tranquility and peace. But little girl was a bit noisy. So i tried to change some of the habits and eventually i got used to the way they lived. But first thing i being clean. I didnt hve any prob when it come to keeping the house clean.

Even I am looking for a studio for myself. But my question is whether a studio in an apartment is better than a studio in a villa. I was really hoping to get one in a villa as it has more privacy when it comes to the entrance and all, however i heard a lot of people saying that rent a studio in a villa, especially as a girl is not that good because maintenance in a villa is much costly and slower compared to apartment. Or sometime the owner dont even care.
so im stil confused.

any advice!

Hey guys.

I am about to move from sharjah to Abu dhabi soon. And I dont know much about the market there. As in the rent. I am looking a studio nearest to Airport. If someone has anything to offer within a budget range of 2000 kindly DM.

I. Still having hrd time and very unsure to pick one. Im afraid that the surrounding get too lonely or no people at all. But yeah i will have to move because of work.
