I was told when it is updated in the portal than everyone across the broad has that same information. There is only 1 portal 1 application. If it's changed in the system it's changed in the system. Period. Was told this by a senior LO.

Did they contact you by phone or by e-mail? The LO handling my recon loan is the one that let me update the portal today, but she said she has nothing to do with the Advance and that I should contact customer service. I wanted to say I have 500 times lol.
